You can expect high standards and consistency every time Organic Housekeepers cleans your home. Here is our basic checklist:
- Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, tubs. Clean mirrors and glass, wipe down countertops and cabinets.
- Dust: All furniture, picture frames, baseboard heaters and window sills.
- Bedrooms: Remake beds and, if desired, wash sheets. Wipe down/dust woodwork.
- Kitchen: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, ovens, stoves, toaster and microwave. Empty and fill dishwasher. Wipe down refrigerator doors. Shine stainless steel.
- Spot clean: Any mucked up glass doors.
- Vacuum: All floors, upholstered furniture and underneath cushions.
- Mop: All floors, including wood, stone, tile and concrete.
- Trash: Empty and replace bags and take out recycling.
In addition, we can customize:
- A cleaning checklist specifically for your home. This allows our cleaners to target areas most important to you.
- Schedules. Organic Housekeepers cleans when you want us to, including holidays.
Commercial
The workplace is more enjoyable when it's fresh and tidy. Here's what Organic Housekeepers can do for your business:
- Dusting: All surfaces, including light fixtures.
- Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, sink. Clean mirrors and glass, wipe down countertops and cabinets.
- Kitchen: Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, toaster and microwave. Empty and fill dishwasher. Wipe down refrigerator doors.
- Floors: Vacuum and mop if necessary. We will also strip and reseal floors.
- Trash: Empty and replace bags and take out recycling. We will also power wash garbage cans.
- Supplies: Stock a full set of our earth-friendly products.
In addition, we can customize:
- A cleaning checklist specifically for your office. This allows our cleaners to target areas most important to you.
- Schedules. Organic Housekeepers cleans when you want us to, including holidays.
Post-construction
After a remodel or new development, construction crews can make a real mess. Organic Housekeepers will prepare your home or office for move-in:
- Vacuum: We use a special high-powered vacuum, featuring HEPA filters and natural bristle brushes, to remove heavy saw dust and other debris.
- High ladder work.
- Windows, inside and out.
- Detailed cleaning: Including everything on our basic residential cleaning checklist, plus wipe down door frames, door sills, underneath and inside cabinets.
Vacation rentalsWe treat your vacation home and vacation rental like a hotel with services including:- Daily maid service, including laundry, change of linens and basic tiding up.
- Everything on our basic residential cleaning checklist, plus cleaning of refrigerators and removal of food.
- Clean out fireplace.
- Restock supplies.
- Check for damage by renters and report.
- Remove trash and take out recycling.
- We can bill this service hourly or as a set departure cleaning fee.
Laundry service
We
will wash, take away the dirty laundry and restock the linen closet. We
use a GE energy-efficient commercial-grade washer and dryer. This is a
perfect service for vacation homes and rentals, but houses must have
two sets of sheets for each bed in order for us to provide this service
effectively. Here are some details:- Cost is $5 per set of sheets (fitted, flat, pillow cases), $3 per towel, $3 per robe
- $5 per bath mat.
- We will also wash comforters, quilts, duvets and mattress pads. Prices will vary.
- Houses must have two sets of sheets for this service. We will buy the extra set if needed.
- Our washer and dryer is more gentle than yours at home.
- We use ECO-Products' citrus laundry detergent, ECO-Products fabric softener and Seventh Generation Hydrogen peroxide bleach.
Window cleaningWe wash windows inside and out and clean sills and screens.
Deep clean
We
recommend starting off every client relationship with a deep clean. In
our experience, it results in an all around more immaculate home or
office.

Housekeepers can implement and maintain a recycling program for your
home and office. We will set up and remove recycling bins, as well as
teach you what you can and cannot recycle in your area.
