Job description — cleaners
Cleaners are required to clean homes, businesses and new construction projects. Duties include (but are not limited to): dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down all surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and offices. Oiling woodwork. Washing, drying and folding linens. Making beds. Cleaning ovens. Cleaning out refrigerators. Taking out trash and recycling. Stocking supplies in homes and offices.

Cleaners are expected to communicate any problems with his/her supervisor (aka if something is broken). Cleaners must communicate when they need more supplies or if a tool is not working properly. At the end of each shift, cleaners are required to hand in completed cleaning checklists to their supervisor.

Cleaners who drive will be required to drop off and pick up other cleaners.

Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, approximately 40 hours a week. Cleaners are expected to work weekends and holidays, but supervisors will do their best to meet schedule requests.

Raises will be given upon quality performance.

Requirements:

• Must speak English.
• Must be able to lift 20 kilos/45 pounds.
• Must be hard working and have an eye for detail.
• Must like to live and work in the mountains.
• A car is good, but not a requirement.
